Ilisa’s background gives her a unique perspective. Raised in Brooklyn, she was a New York club kid, a door girl, a model and lived in the meat packing district when it still packed meat. She worked in TV production in NY and in the 90’s managed bands from a surf shop in Ladbroke Grove. Ilisa Richter casting was born out of the excitement of spotting talent and trends.
